Beyond OT – Occupational Therapist 

Position: Permanent Part Time or Full Time Position Available 


An exciting opportunity for a motivated New Graduate Occupational Therapist to join our mobile operated company. The role involves evidence-based therapy and early intervention with children aged 0-18 years old in home, preschool, and school environments. 

We seek a caring professional with excellent communication skills who can connect with children and their families. We offer ample professional development, regular supervision/mentoring, and full support from our administration team. The position is based in Hornsby and surrounding North Shore and Eastern Suburbs

Essential Criteria: 

  • Candidate must have a current class C driver’s license or equivalent and own their own car 

  • Relevant insurances (combined Malpractice, Public and Products Liability)

  • Working with Children Check, NSW Police Check

 

About you: 

  • Relevant Occupational Therapy Qualification

  • Eligibility for Medicare registration

  • Paediatric Experience (Highly Desirable)

  • AHPRA registration

  • First Aid Certificate

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills

  • Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality care in a private practice environment

 

OUR NEW GRADUATE PROGRAM

  • A Clinical Supervisor to help you navigate all areas of working in a Paediatric setting and your transition into fulltime work

  • On the job training and career development opportunities including regular in-services and paid external Professional Development

  • Comprehensive introductory modules across a range of clinical and non-clinical topics

  • Potential to commence earlier as a fulltime Allied Health Assistant whilst awaiting AHPRA/ SPA Registration
